                Teacher: Ministry of Education, Cyprus. Junior High School. (September 1st 2009 – Present)

·          Demonstrating, analyzing, and explaining to students basic concepts and functionalities related on Geographical Information Technologies GIT.

PROJECTS:

·          November 2014 – April 2015: Sustainable development project. Managed a team of students to use ArcGIS software to design a plan that will promote well-being’s a healthier community in Nicosia’s CBD district.

·          October 2013: Within the main aim for the school year 2013-2014, leader of a team in order to use Geographic Information Technologies to research, and to produce a presentation regarding abandoned locations that exist in Cyprus since 1974.

·          November 2012: GIS leader for a team of students, that have been produced a digital map showing all Churches that exist in the Island of Cyprus. A map that has been published on the web. http://www.churchofcyprus.org.cy/article.php?articleID=3203

·          October 2011: GIS team’s leader, for producing a map showing a possible rail network creation in the Island of Cyprus.

·          September 2010: Carried out the necessary research to obtain data in order to upgrade the Cyprus Ministry’s of Education Geography book.

·          November 2009: Prepared documentation for the University of Cyprus, with a theme “The Genesis of Cyprus.” The documentation included variety of text materials, maps, graphs, and animations, and it has been published in the web from the Cyprus Ministry of Education and Culture.
